9 high-specification free standing houses were built for our client. Each unit is approximately 500m2 consisting of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with high-level finishes.
This development has unique architectural features which required careful coordination between the architect and engineer to ensure the end product meets structural and aesthetic requirements.
The project was completed on site with the help of local SME contractors along with the client’s direct contractors, who we hope to work with again on future projects.
Creative Flavors - Food Factory

A new head office was built for our growing client in the food preparation industry. This project comprised of warehouse and office space constructed to meet food preparation standards. The project was completed on time with the help of local SME contractors along with the client’s direct contractors, which we hope will be the first of many projects together.

The Galleria - Apartment conversion
Project Size: 4 floors of offices into 61 apartments

The conversion of an existing office block into rental apartments. The challenges included working with an existing office structure with limited loading capacity, redundant services plant, limited as-built info, extensive fire protection requirements and substantial new services. Local SME subcontractors were used successfully together with our trusted subcontractors. We look forward to working with these SME's in the future. The development included 61 apartments, a roof top entertainment area, bio-metric access control, centralised energy efficient heating system, pre-paid metering, smoke detection and extraction, emergency power and lighting.
Eqstra - Warehouse Office

The project comprised of a new double storey office block including tenant installation for an existing tenant requiring additional accommodation. A raft foundation was used, Challenges included lack of service info, working in an existing fully occupied facility and interfacing with the existing structures. We are pleased with the seamless integration of this additional building.
